4. Neighborhood Nurse Program
Our Neighborhood Nurse Program offers free healthcare services to the community, every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 11 AM to 2 PM. Located at Central Church of the Nazarene, 114 Walnut Avenue, Fairmont, WV 26554, our dedicated team of Nurses and Nurse Practitioners provides accessible, compassionate care to those with limited or no insurance. No appointments necessary— all services are walk-in.
